Client loyalty program "Happy One"

We have created client loyalty program "Happy One", to show our appreciation in a way of special privileges and discounts to our loyal clients for their loyalty in using our services.

Who can particiapte in the program?
All clients that have made at least one order from their Picture Happy account are automatically participating in loyalty program "Happy One".

How this program works?
The program counts cumulatively points for each paid order, where one EUR equals 1 point (for example, if paid order amount is 24.16EUR, then client is awarded 24 points). The total sum of all points defines the level of "Happy One" program the user has reached.

Levels and rewards
Loyalty program "Happy One" gives to our clients special privileges and permanent discounts on products and services. Discount amount and available privileges depend on reached loyalty program level.
In total loyalty program "Happy One" has 8 levels - from 1st (Amber) to 8th (Diamond).

How to find out the level of Your account in loyalty program?
To find out the level of Your account as well as the amount of points needed to reach the next level, please view the section "My account" > "Loyalty".

Privileges by level:
To reach the next level a client account must reach the next level's amount of points. In the table below You can see required amounts of points, privileges and discounts for each level of the program.

Rules and conditions of client loyalty program "Happy One":
  • Each client that has created an account at Picture Happy site is automatically entering "Happy One" loyalty program.
  • All the discounts of loyalty programm is valid only to the products mentioned in the loyalty programm product list.
  • Loyalty program discounts are not applied cumulatively with promotional discounts and promotional code discounts.
  • Loyalty program discounts are applied cumulatively with volume discounts, if there are any for selected product type.
  • Reached loyalty program level has validity period - one year form the date of last confirmed order payment. If there are no new orders within one year, loyalty points accumulated in user account that determine user account level in loyalty program is divided by 2. After one more year accumulated loyalty point amount is once more divided by 2.
  • Picture Happy retains righs to alter at any time without prior notice these rules, structure of loyalty program, privileges and discount amounts.
  • Loyalty programm discounts does not apply for urgency service (Express, Super Express) and the products shown in Mac section.
  • Currently, all orders that are placed outside the system of Picture Happy online web store, such as ordering photo prints and other products at Picture Happy office, are not participating in loyalty program HAPPY ONE, due to technical constraints.
